As President of Scott, Singleton, Fincher & Co., P.C., Jung provides strategic direction for the firm’s growth, team development, and specialized audit and assurance practice. He focuses on strengthening the resources and professional capabilities that support consistent, high-quality client service.
Jung also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Jacobson Lawrence & Company Inc., which provides management and operational support to a family of specialty professional service firms.

Michael Bailey, CPA
Audit Partner
Michael joined Scott, Singleton, Fincher & Co., P.C. in September 2025, bringing more than 20 years of public accounting and audit experience. Over the course of his career, he has worked with governmental entities, nonprofit organizations, employee benefit plans, and privately held businesses.
His experience includes guiding nonprofit and employee benefit plan audit practices, advancing audit quality initiatives, managing engagements, and helping staff develop their skills. He has also worked on audits of Texas water districts, improvement districts, water authorities, and redevelopment authorities.
Michael brings technical rigor to his work and explains complex matters in clear, practical terms. He works with governing boards, executive leadership, and finance teams to help them understand audit findings, work through financial reporting questions, and identify ways to strengthen internal controls.
Michael earned his Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Houston and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2008.
